Despite the fact that I'm a big movie buff, it's a horrible way to get to know someone on first date and if we do go to the movies on a first date we should probably do something where we can talk for a bit or more so it's not completely awkward in the theater lol

With me communication is key and I have to make sure my match and I can have an intelligent conversation, can we vibe, is there any potential there...so for a first date I suggest somewhere quiet with very little distractions. A moonlit picnic or canoeing. A walk and feeding the ducks. Perhaps a candlelit dinner with just the two of us. The first date I want an idea of what it's like when it is just us. Will you be the person who's heartbeat I go to sleep listening to?? You only have one chance to make a first impression, so the less distractions, the better.
