I think the 1st date should be someplace both people will have fun and be able to talk to see if there's chemistry if you like each other
ex: hence movies not really a good idea since you have to be quiet

Possibly a picinic or coffee shop to just sit down and talk to get to know each other better. Walk in the park(I absolutely love dogs if you do too we can bring them) just enjoy each others company and if we like each other we can make plans to go out for dinner and a movie sometime:)
